Your copy service dealer uses a software product called e-automate to run their business. e-automate provides your dealer with an accounting information system, a service request entry and tracking system, inventory and purchasing information, sales information, et cetera. e-info is an add-on product to e-automate that your dealer purchased that gives you controlled access to their system using the internet and a browser. e-info offers you access to your account in these areas:

Logging In

Before you can access any area authorized by your dealer you must first log in. You login to e-info by entering your customer number and the appropriate password. Your dealer can assign different passwords for one or multiple areas in e-info. Your dealer gives you the URL for your internet access to e-info as well as your company number and password. e-info is optimized to be used with Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 5.5.

How to login to e-info

1. In the Company Number field, enter the customer number.
   
   

2. In the Password field, enter the password your dealer assigned and click Logon.
   
   e-info displays a web page based on the settings established by your dealer.
   
   Note: In the example below, all e-info areas are displayed.

At the top-left of every e-info page you will see the e-info navigation menu. You use this menu along with links on the pages to navigate to the various pages of e-info.
