Dispatched Calls

You click on the dispatched calls number to see a summary list of your calls that have a dispatched status in e-automate. Dispatched means the technician has been assigned and dispatched to the equipment location.

You can view more detail about your dispatched calls by clicking on the call number. e-info displays details about your call. You can print this information by clicking the Print button.
