You can view more detail about a piece of equipment by clicking on the equipment number. e-info displays your equipment details for you to review. Included in the details is contract information, meter history, and service history for that piece of equipment. You can print the details, or request a service call for this piece of equipment.

If you want to request a service call for the piece of equipment you are viewing, click the Request Service Call button. When you request a service call from equipment details, e-info enters the equipment number of the equipment you are viewing and then requests the contact, phone and problem description.

After you have entered the name, phone and description, click the Continue button. e-info asks you to validate the information you entered prior to submitting the service call. If the information you submitted is correct, click the Submit Service Call button and e-info submits the call. If you want to change the information you entered click Cancel and e-info displays a new Submit Service Call page. Re-enter your information and click Continue.

Note: If you do not identify a piece of equipment on the new Submit Service Call page, e-info displays the Pick Equipment page for you to select the piece of equipment for service.
