You use the Find Service Call field to find your service calls. Enter any information about the call in the Find Service Call field, and e-info will return all calls that match your criteria in any way. For example, you can search for the call's caller name, the equipment number, caller phone number, call description, et cetera. e-info takes the values entered into the Find Service Call field and searches e-automate for your calls that match the criteria you entered. You can enter as little as one character or number and e-info will return calls matching the entered criteria.

After you have entered your search criteria, click Go. e-info returns a list of calls matching your criteria. If you want details on the calls returned you can click on the service call number.
