New Service Call
You can request a service call from the Service Summary box by clicking
on the New Service Call button.
e-info requires three pieces of information to request service for your
equipment, the equipment number or serial number, your name and phone
number, and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing with
the equipment. You are required to have the equipment number or the serial
number for equipment you request service for.

After you have entered the equipment number or serial number, name and
phone, and a description of the problem, click the Continue
button. e-info displays the information that you entered and asks for
your validation prior to submitting the call to e-automate.
Note: If you do not identify a piece
of equipment on the Submit Service Call page, e-info displays the Pick
Equipment page for you to select the piece of equipment for service prior
to call validation.

After you validate your information, click Submit
service Call and e-info displays the information for the call and
gives you a chance to print the new call. e-info submits the service call
to your dealers e-automate system. If you want to change any of the service
call information, click Cancel
and e-info will return you to the Submit
a Service Call page.
Note: When you return to your home
page, e-info has incremented your pending calls number by one.
