Find Items to Order by Category
You can select the Find Items to Order
by Category method by either clicking the All
Items link or by locating an item using the
Find Item field. If you use All
Items link, e-info lists all the e-info enabled items in your dealerships
system along with a quantity field for you to enter your item quantities.
Occasionally your dealership has so many items it may take a while to
load them all. If the server times out before all the items are listed,
contact your dealership. After you enter all your quantities click the
Add to Order button.
Note: Items ordered through the Find Items to Order by
Category method are not ordered under contract price.

e-info lists all the items and quantities and asks for a required P.O. Number, Ordered
By name, and an E-mail address.

Enter
the appropriate information in the fields, verify your order and select
one of the following actions:

You use the Add More Items button
to add more items to your order. e-info displays the main ordering page
so you can click on a method to select more items. e-info displays the
shopping cart icon,
to remind you that you have an uncompleted order. |

You use the Recalculate button
to recalculate the order if you have made any quantity changes. |

You use the Cancel button to
cancel the order |
|

You use the Submit Order button
to submit your order to the dealership. |
If you want to change your ship to address, click the link. e-info displays the Pick Ship to Address page.

If you only have one ship to address on file, this option is not available.
To select the address you want to use, click the appropriate radio button
and click OK. If you want to use
the original address, click the Clear
Address button and e-info will return you to the confirm order
page.
After you click Submit Order,
e-info reports your order reference number and provides a link back to
your home page.

e-info sends a courtesy email to the entered email address once the order
has been received by e-automate.
