You click the pending calls number to see a summary list of your calls that have a pending status in e-automate. Pending means the call has been entered into e-automate but has not yet been scheduled or dispatched. Calls you enter from the e-info web site have a pending status until your dealership schedules or dispatches them.

You can view more detail about your pending calls by clicking on the call number. e-info displays details about your call. You can print this information by clicking the Print button.
