Scheduled Calls
You click on the scheduled calls number to see a summary list of your
calls that have a scheduled status in e-automate. Scheduled
means the call has been scheduled to be dispatched at a defined
date and time. Calls in e-automate with a scheduled status have been acted
upon by your dealership.

You can view more detail about your scheduled calls by clicking on the
call number. e-info displays details about your call. You can print this
information by clicking the Print
button.
